KAI DE MELLO-FOLSOM

Kai de Mello-Folsom, a freshman at Chapman University, is currently pursuing a double-major in Film Production and Theatre Performance. Along with performing at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C., Kai toured in South Africa, New Zealand, and Lithuania. His previous film work has won him regional acclaim on the east coast, most specifically with a prestigious NHAB (New Hampshire Association of Broadcasters) Scholarship and first place in the 8th Annual Northeast Regional Alliance for Community Media for Student Programming.

Being a trained dancer, vocalist, and actor, Kai de Mello-Folsom is a fantastic asset to have on board REEL TO REAL. He aims to continue with his career in Film, TV and Theatre, both as an actor and as a director/producer. His previous work include:

NATE ORLOFF
Film Editor, Story Conceptualization Assistant, Extra

Nate Orloff, a Film Production major at Chapman University with an emphasis in Film Editing, has been with film editing since before High School. He created Orloff Film to represent the work he has done. By his senior year, his short film Living Lives (2005) won Best Picture at the Issaquah Student Film Festival and has been featured on television across the nation through ITV and LocalPoint TV.

Some of his latest work is on the feature-film length production, Happy Holidays. Nate has been working on the film since March with numerous roles. His work on the production ranges from producing podcasts, assisting the editor, and the overall management of post production.
